Replaces the fixed fee structure of $4.00 per day and 25¢ per mile for witnesses and jurors in magistrate division proceedings with the same fees and mileage rates established in section 19-3008, Idaho Code, for witnesses in district court criminal proceedings.

Maintains the requirement that county attorneys or defendants must file an affidavit demonstrating materiality of witness testimony before subpoenaing more than three witnesses at county expense.

Specifies that jurors in coroner's inquests are entitled to mileage and per diem payments as provided for jurors in section 2-215, Idaho Code.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language, including changing "can not" to "cannot" and clarifying references to "special inquiry judge" and "magistrate division" court proceedings.

Requires all witness and juror fees and mileage to be paid from the county treasury.
