Amends Section 54-2023 of Idaho Code regarding continuing education requirements for real estate licensees renewing active status or changing from inactive to active status.

Requires licensees to complete a commission core course plus 16 classroom hours of continuing education for both active license renewal and reactivation from inactive status.

Clarifies that continuing education credits used to reactivate an inactive license are considered "spent" and cannot be applied to subsequent license renewal periods.

Makes technical correction to Section 54-2023(7) changing "three-month" to "three (3) month" for the extension period for provisional licenses.

Adds language to Section 54-2023(5)(e)(ii) specifying that courses from other professions or jurisdictions must meet commission standards for course certification including distance learning and minimum classroom hour requirements.
