Amends Section 54-4313 of Idaho Code regarding the Respiratory Care Practice Act licensure board composition and member compensation.

Changes board member compensation reference from section 59-509(hn) to section 59-509(hn), Idaho Code (technical correction to clarify the statutory citation).

Maintains the five-member licensure board composition consisting of three certified respiratory care practitioners, one licensed respiratory care practitioner who is also a registered polysomnographic technologist, and two public health profession or consumer interest members.

Board members must be Idaho residents at appointment and throughout their service term, with practitioners required to have at least five years of experience in respiratory care or related services immediately preceding appointment.
