Amends Section 43-1106, Idaho Code to revise appeal procedures for irrigation district board decisions denying petitions by referencing the appeal provisions of Section 43-719(4) and (5).

Amends Section 43-1118, Idaho Code to revise appeal procedures for irrigation district board resolutions and orders by referencing the same appeal provisions of Section 43-719(4) and (5).

Establishes that appeals from irrigation district board decisions shall be taken to the district court of the county where the lands involved are located.

Clarifies that if a district court appeal results in an order excluding lands from the petition, the segregation time date begins from the original board hearing date.

Allows any landowner in the district and any person, firm, or corporation with interest in affected land tracts to appeal irrigation district board orders.
