Amends Section 33-512, Idaho Code, to revise school board powers and duties regarding extracurricular activities supervision and regulation.

Clarifies that extracurricular activities are outside regular academic curriculum and are a privilege rather than a property, liberty, or contract right for students.

Permits secondary schools accredited by state-approved organizations to fully participate in all extracurricular activities governed by the law.

Allows school boards to supervise and regulate extracurricular activities, including through contracts with established entities.

Makes technical corrections to existing provisions regarding instructional hours, school holidays, staff development, emergency closures, and criminal history checks for employees.
