Adds definition of "historical horse race" to Idaho Code as a past live horse race rebroadcast electronically on a delayed or replayed basis for wagering at authorized simulcast and televised race facilities.

Declares wagering on historical horse races lawful within the scope of licenses authorizing simulcast and televised races, subject to pari-mutuel system requirements and Idaho Racing Commission rules.

Corrects code reference in Section 54-2505 from section 54-2502(34) to section 54-2502(3-4) regarding horsemen's group definition.

Permits historical horse race wagering at any facility authorized to conduct simulcast and televised race wagering.
