Approves all temporary rules adopted by state agencies during the 2012 legislative session that were submitted to the Legislature for review through the Office of Rules Coordinator, with two stated exceptions.

Exceptions: IDAPA 16.03.09 (Department of Health and Welfare, Medicaid Basic Plan Benefits, Docket Number 16-0309-1201) and IDAPA 26.01.36 (Department of Parks and Recreation, Winter Recreational Parking Permit Program, Docket Number 26-0136-1101) are not approved.

Approved temporary rules remain in effect until they expire by their own terms or are replaced by final rules, but cannot extend beyond the conclusion of the First Regular Session of the Sixty-second Idaho Legislature without further concurrent resolution approval.

Temporary rules not approved or not submitted for review during the 2012 legislative session expire upon adjournment of the Second Regular Session of the Sixty-first Idaho Legislature unless approved by separate concurrent resolution.

Finding that extending temporary rules avoids additional state agency expenses associated with readopting and republishing rules needed to conduct state business.
