Jeannine Wood served as Secretary of the Idaho Senate since 1990, overseeing legislative business and serving as the Senate's parliamentarian with fairness and competence.

Jeannine Wood received the NCSL 2008 Legislative Staff Achievement Award from the American Society of Legislative Clerks and Secretaries for her outstanding contributions and distinguished service since 1976.

Rusti Horton served as an Idaho House member in 1988 and later as a Legislative Services Office employee and chief assistant to Secretary Wood, retiring in 2011.

Both employees served as secretaries to interim committees, assisted with legislative reapportionment, and helped process legislation while embodying loyalty to the Legislature and exemplary customer service.
