Amends Idaho Code Section 54-924 to authorize dentists to practice under professional service corporation and professional limited liability company names organized under chapter 6, title 30, Idaho Code.

Removes language restricting dentists from practicing under names other than their own true name, replacing it with exceptions for professionally organized entities.

Adds new ground for discipline: prohibits dentists from practicing dentistry as a member, stockholder, employee, director, partner or proprietor of any business entity where a person not licensed to practice dentistry holds an ownership interest.

Maintains existing disciplinary authority allowing the Board of Dentistry to refuse, revoke, suspend, or place on probation dental licenses with administrative penalties up to $10,000 per violation.
