Amends Section 25-3502 of Idaho Code to expand the definitions section of animal cruelty laws

Adds definition of "malicious" or "maliciously" as the intentional doing of a wrongful act without just cause or excuse, with intent to inflict injury or death

Adds definition of "production animal" to include cattle, sheep, goats, swine, poultry, ratites, equines, domestic cervidae, camelidae, fish and other aquatic animals, guard and stock dogs owned for food, fiber, or commercial purposes, and furbearing animals kept for commercial fur production

Clarifies existing definitions of animal cruelty to include intentional and malicious infliction of suffering, negligent confinement in unsanitary conditions, and failure to provide sustenance, water or shelter
