House Bill 112 Summary

• Amends Section 22-2804, Idaho Code, to revise compensation provisions for the Idaho Honey Advertising Commission

• Changes commission member compensation to be provided by section 59-509(dn), Idaho Code, replacing previous compensation methods

• Commission composition remains the same: the director of the Department of Agriculture plus three appointed beekeepers/honey producers from three designated Idaho districts

• Members serve three-year terms and must be Idaho residents with five years prior residency in their district and major income derived from honey production and sales
