Amends Section 33-118, Idaho Code, governing courses of study, curricular materials, and online courses in public schools

Corrects a code reference in subsection (3) from section 33-16271024 to section 33-1627, Idaho Code, regarding the department of education's review and approval process for online courses

Maintains the state board's authority to prescribe minimum courses for public elementary and secondary schools and prepare instructional materials

Preserves the board's requirement that textbook publishers provide electronic formats for literary and nonliterary subjects in standard formats for use by the blind

Allows the board to determine by rule the process and fees for reviewing and approving online courses offered in public schools
