Amends Section 36-107, Idaho Code, regarding the Fish and Game Account to revise disease research provisions and remove obsolete language.

Transfers $100,000 annually from the Fish and Game Account to the University of Idaho Caine Veterinary Teaching and Research Center for disease research on wildlife and domestic livestock interactions.

Removes reference to "state wildlife veterinarian" and replaces it with "director of the department of fish and game" for oversight of disease research projects.

Maintains existing provisions for fishing license fees ($2.00 per license) dedicated to construction, repair, or rehabilitation of state fish hatcheries, fishing lakes, or reservoirs.

Maintains existing provisions authorizing expenditure of $1.50 from each resident deer and elk tag and $5.00 from each nonresident deer and elk tag for the big game landowner-sportsman's relations program.
