Legislative Description
Amends existing law relating to fish and game to exempt specified classes of licenses from requirements relating to the deposit of certain proceeds from the sale of the licenses into the Fish and Game Set-aside Account; to provide for class 9 licenses; to provide for the replacement of lost or mutilated permits; and to provide that trapping licenses shall entitle the purchaser to trap wolves.
