Amends 16 Idaho Code sections to make codifier's corrections, technical corrections, and terminology updates throughout the Idaho Code.

Corrects code references in sections 33-2144 and 39-6311, including updating references to sections 59-1324 and changing "telecommunications" language to "public safety and security information system."

Updates terminology in multiple sections including changing "which" to "that," removing redundant language, and correcting grammatical issues throughout various chapters covering liquor distribution, education, health care, retirement systems, and employment.

Changes organizational name references from "American dietetic association" to "academy of nutrition and dietetics" and updates references to "United States civil service" terminology.

Updates veteran's preference language from "Veteran's" to "Veterans'" for grammatical accuracy in sections 65-501 and 65-503A.
