Amends Idaho Code Section 18-7008 to allow property owners to post land against trespassers using a minimum of 100 square inches of fluorescent orange, bright orange, blaze orange, safety orange, or similar high visibility shade of orange paint in addition to "No Trespassing" signs.

Requires that when metal fence posts are used for marking, a minimum of 18 inches of the top of the post must be painted high visibility orange instead of the entire post.

Establishes that posted signs, paint areas, or notices must be spaced at intervals of no less than one per 660 feet along the property, with an exception allowing concentrated posting at points of access where geographical configuration limits entry.

Amends Idaho Code Section 36-1603 with identical provisions for trespassing on cultivated lands or in violation of warning signs related to hunting, fishing, trapping, or firearm use.

Makes technical corrections to replace "fluorescent" with "high visibility shade of" in the orange paint color specifications throughout both sections.
