Amends Section 21-515A of Idaho Code to exempt citizens band (CB) radio towers and amateur radio towers from standards required for guyed towers.

Guyed towers 50 feet or more in height located in rural, undeveloped, agricultural, or desert areas remain subject to specific marking and lighting requirements, including seven alternating bands of orange and white paint, flashing top lights visible from 2,000 feet, and marker balls on guy wires.

Towers erected before the effective date must comply with marking requirements within one year; newly erected towers must comply at the time of erection.

CB radio and amateur radio towers are excluded from compliance requirements as structures whose primary purpose is to support telecommunications equipment.

Violations of guyed tower standards constitute a misdemeanor offense.
