Amends Section 39-3413, Idaho Code, to require law enforcement officers, firefighters, and emergency medical services providers who find a deceased individual at a motor vehicle accident scene to notify the appropriate organ procurement organization, tissue bank, or eye bank as soon as reasonably possible.

Requires notification to include the deceased individual's identity (if known), information about next of kin (if known), and the name and location of the funeral establishment, coroner's office, or hospital that received custody of the deceased.

Maintains existing requirements for reasonable searches of deceased or near-death individuals for documents of gift or donor refusal information.

Provides that persons failing to discharge duties under this section are not subject to criminal or civil liability but may be subject to administrative sanctions.
