College of Southern Idaho receives $12,149,000 total ($9,657,000 General Fund, $200,800 Community College Fund)

College of Western Idaho receives $8,454,500 total ($5,196,200 General Fund, $205,700 Community College Fund)

North Idaho College receives $10,234,100 total ($9,273,100 General Fund, $204,500 Community College Fund)

Exempts the State Board of Education for Community Colleges from budget transfer limitations under Idaho Code Section 67-3511(1), (2), and (3), allowing unlimited transfers between object codes and programs, except transfers between funds require legislative approval
