Legislative Description
Stating findings of the Legislature and directing the Idaho Transportation Department, the Idaho Department of Agriculture and the Idaho Department of Commerce to continue and facilitate a statewide Freight Transportation Task Force with emphasis on the formation of a stakeholder Freight Transportation Advisory Committee, to initiate and finalize a methodical study of Idaho's present freight transportation system, to establish a consistent and rigorous data collection and analysis protocol, and recommending policies, activities and timelines to implement these changes.
