Approves all temporary rules adopted by state agencies under the Administrative Procedure Act and submitted to the Legislature through the Office of the Administrative Rules Coordinator during the 2013 legislative session

Approved temporary rules remain in effect until they expire by their own terms or are replaced by final rules, but cannot extend beyond the conclusion of the Second Regular Session of the Sixty-second Idaho Legislature without further concurrent resolution approval

Temporary rules or sections not submitted to the Legislature for review during the 2013 session expire automatically upon adjournment of the First Regular Session unless approved by separate concurrent resolution from both houses

Legislative findings state that approving temporary rules prevents additional state agency expenses associated with readopting and republishing rules needed for state business operations
