Amends Section 54-2909, Idaho Code, regarding the Speech and Hearing Services Practice Act board's quorum requirements.

Maintains four (4) board members as a quorum requirement, with at least one audiologist, one speech-language pathologist, one hearing aid dealer and fitter member, and one public board member present when board action affects the profession.

Requires a majority vote of members present to conduct board action when a quorum is established.

Board shall meet at least two (2) times per year at times and places determined by the board, with additional meetings callable by the chairperson or written request of any two board members.

Board members receive compensation as provided by Section 59-509(n), Idaho Code.
