Extends enhanced dental benefits to pregnant women and participants on the aged and disabled waiver and developmental disability waiver, ensuring access to comprehensive dental services reflecting evidence-based practice.

Maintains children's existing comprehensive dental coverage including prevention, diagnosis, and treatment services as defined in federal law.

Limits adult dental coverage for individuals without disabilities or special health needs to medically necessary oral surgery, palliative services, and associated diagnostic services including exams, radiographs, periodontal, oral and maxillofacial surgery.

Makes technical corrections to Idaho Code Section 56-255 regarding Medicaid medical assistance program services and eligibility categories.
