Amends Idaho Code Section 37-2744 regarding forfeiture of property related to controlled substances violations.

Changes supervision requirements for destruction of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia from requiring a "supervisory drug analyst of the Idaho state police" to allowing "a representative of the office of the director" to oversee the process.

Allows the director of the Idaho state police or designee to authorize on-site destruction of drug or nondrug evidence at the seizure location when transportation is impractical, with at least two witnesses required and one being the director or designee.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language including replacing "hereof" with "of this section" and correcting references to Idaho Rules of Civil Procedure.

Maintains requirements for written inventory of destroyed property, preservation of representative samples for evidentiary purposes, and record-keeping at the director's office.
