Amends Idaho Code Section 18-6609 to revise the crime of video voyeurism with updated definitions including "broadcast," "disseminate," "imaging device," "intimate areas," "publish," and "sell."

Defines "intimate areas" as buttocks, genitals or genital areas of males or females, and breast area of females.

Expands definition of "place where a person has a reasonable expectation of privacy" to include public places where a person conceals intimate areas and should be protected from imaging devices designed to overcome such barriers.

Clarifies that dissemination, publication, or sale of intimate images without consent requires knowledge that the parties agreed or understood the images should remain private.

Maintains that violation of video voyeurism provisions constitutes a felony.
