Revises the definition of "freestyle terrain" in Idaho Code 6-1102 to explicitly include terrain parks and features such as jumps, hits, ramps, banks, fun boxes, jibs, rails, half-pipes, and quarter pipes.

Clarifies that ski area operators' duty regarding ski retention devices is limited solely to posting notice of chapter requirements, with no obligation to require or enforce their use.

Expands the list of inherent skiing risks that skiers expressly assume to include freestyle terrain, any movement of snow (slides, sloughs, avalanches), tree wells, snowmaking mounds, and bare spots with rocks or trees.

Requires skiers to wear retention straps or other devices to help prevent runaway equipment, establishing this as a mandatory duty of skiers rather than operators.

Makes technical corrections to existing statutory language regarding trail maintenance vehicles, equipment marking, and accident reporting procedures.
