Amends Idaho Code Section 18-6609 to establish comprehensive definitions for video voyeurism crimes, including "broadcast," "disseminate," "imaging device," "intimate areas," and "place where a person has a reasonable expectation of privacy."

Defines video voyeurism as a felony when a person uses or installs an imaging device to record intimate areas without knowledge or consent, with intent to gratify sexual desire or for lascivious entertainment.

Criminalizes the intentional or reckless dissemination, publication, or sale of intimate images without consent when both parties agreed or understood the images should remain private.

Exempts interactive computer services, information services, and telecommunications services from liability for third-party content, unless the provider intentionally aids or abets video voyeurism.
