Amends Section 16-1622 of Idaho Code regarding review hearings and annual permanency hearings in child protective cases.

Corrects code references in permanency plan requirements to reference sections 16-1621(3)(a), 16-1621(3)(bc), and 16-1621(3)(cd) instead of previous incorrect citations.

Maintains existing requirements for review hearings within 6 months of court jurisdiction and every 6 months thereafter to assess child safety, placement necessity, case plan compliance, and progress toward permanent placement.

Preserves permanency hearing requirements to be held no later than 12 months from child removal and establishes permanency goals including reunification, termination of parental rights, adoption, guardianship, or planned permanent living arrangement.

Retains provisions for court-ordered termination of parental rights when child has been in custody for 15 of the most recent 22 months, unless child is placed with a relative or compelling reasons exist to delay termination.
