Amends Section 66-901, Idaho Code to expand eligibility for Idaho State Veterans Homes to include parents whose child died while serving in the armed forces.

Idaho State Veterans Homes now serve veterans discharged under honorable conditions, parents of service members who died in the armed forces, and spouses of eligible veterans.

Defines "spouse" as the current husband or wife of a veteran under a marriage recognized by Idaho Code Title 32, or the widow or widower of a veteran under the same recognized marriage.

Requires all applicants to be bona fide residents of Idaho before admission to a state veterans home.

Makes a technical correction to existing language in the statute.
