Legislative Description
Amends existing law to provide for the determination of whether a vacancy has occurred, to provide a procedure upon determination that a vacancy has occurred, to provide for temporary continuation of service and to provide that a person filling a vacancy shall possess all rights and power and is subject to all liabilities, duties and obligations of the office.
