• Amends Section 49-105, Idaho Code to revise definitions related to commercial driver's licenses and vehicle classifications, including clarifications on dealer definitions and driver's license classes and endorsements.

• Amends Section 49-123, Idaho Code to revise the definition of "Tank vehicle" to clarify that tanks manifested as empty or containing only residue are not counted when determining whether a vehicle meets tank vehicle classification.

• Makes technical corrections to the Endorsement N definition by removing strikethrough language and replacing it with a reference to section 49-123, Idaho Code for the portable tank capacity threshold.

• Becomes effective July 8, 2014.
