Authorizes Idaho distillery manufacturers with federal TTB permits to offer sample tastings on their premises at no charge to consumers.

Limits individual sample sizes to 0.25 ounces and restricts consumers to maximum 3 samples per person in any 24-hour period.

Requires sample servers to be at least 21 years old and prohibits serving samples to anyone under the legal drinking age of 21.

Mandates that all distilled spirits used for samples must be purchased from the Idaho state liquor division with all applicable taxes paid by the manufacturer.
