Creates new crime of "interference with agricultural production" under Idaho Code Section 18-7042, making it illegal to knowingly enter an agricultural facility by force, threat, misrepresentation, or trespass without employment authorization.

Prohibits obtaining facility records or employment through force, threat, or misrepresentation with intent to cause economic injury, and prohibits recording facility operations without owner consent or judicial authorization.

Criminalizes intentional physical damage or injury to agricultural operations, livestock, crops, personnel, equipment, buildings, or premises.

Establishes penalties of up to 1 year imprisonment and/or fine not exceeding $5,000 for violations, with mandatory restitution to victims equal to twice the value of damages caused.

Effective immediately upon passage and approval with emergency clause, and includes severability provision.
