Amends Idaho Code Section 18-8503 to revise punishment provisions for felonies and misdemeanors committed for the benefit of or in association with criminal gangs.

Increases extended term penalties for gang-related felonies from a range of not less than two (2) years and not more than five (5) years in prison (penalty applies in addition to underlying offense punishment).

Changes the charging requirement by adding "complaint or petition" language to the indictment or information requirement for imposing extended gang-related penalties.

Clarifies that extended sentences for gang-related offenses must run consecutively to sentences imposed for the underlying offense.

Specifies that juvenile offenders not waived to adult court shall be sentenced according to Idaho Code Section 20-520 rather than the adult penalties outlined in this section.
