Amends Section 37-2705 of Idaho Code to revise the list of controlled substances in Schedule I.

Reorganizes and renumbers hallucinogenic substances in Schedule I, including amendments to entries for dimethoxyphenethylamine compounds (2C-B, DOB, DOC, 25B-NBOMe), methoxyamphetamine compounds (PMA, DOM), and amphetamine/methamphetamine with halogen substitutions.

Consolidates multiple individual hallucinogenic substance entries into broader structural category definitions to capture synthetic variants and analogs of controlled drugs.

Maintains existing exceptions, such as excluding dronabinol in sesame oil in FDA-approved soft gelatin capsules from tetrahydrocannabinol restrictions, and excluding levo-alphacetylmethadol (LAAM) from opiates listing.

Preserves all Schedule I opiates, opium derivatives, depressants, and stimulants while clarifying the structural definitions of synthetic hallucinogenic compounds and their derivatives.
