Authorizes the Legislative Council to appoint a committee to review professional-technical education in Idaho, including institutions' finances, curricula, problems, and accomplishments

In 2013, Idaho had 14 professional-technical schools with 99 programs enrolling over 10,000 students, plus 7,760 full-time and part-time students in technical college degree or certificate programs

64% of high school students who completed a professional-technical education program enrolled in college compared to 46% of the general student population; 94% successfully found jobs or continued education

Non-legislative advisors to the committee shall not receive reimbursement from legislative funds and shall have no voting privileges on committee recommendations

Committee shall report findings, recommendations, and proposed legislation to the First Regular Session of the Sixty-third Idaho Legislature
