Approves all pending administrative rules adopted by state agencies during the prior calendar year that impose a fee or charge, submitted through the Office of the Administrative Rules Coordinator for legislative review during the 2014 session.

Rules become effective upon adoption of this concurrent resolution or on the date specified in the administrative rule.

Any rule provisions imposing fees or charges not submitted through the Office of the Administrative Rules Coordinator or not included in this resolution are null and void unless separately approved by concurrent resolution.

Legislature retains authority under Section 67-5291, Idaho Code to reject executive agency rules found inconsistent with legislative intent.
