Approves all temporary rules adopted by state agencies pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act that were submitted to the Legislature for review during the 2014 legislative session.

Approved temporary rules remain in effect until they expire by their own terms, are replaced by final rules, or until the conclusion of the First Regular Session of the Sixty-third Idaho Legislature.

Further extensions of temporary rules beyond the Sixty-third Legislature's first regular session require adoption of a separate concurrent resolution by both houses of the Legislature.

Temporary rules or sections not submitted to the Legislature for review during the 2014 session expire automatically upon adjournment unless approved by a separate concurrent resolution.

Finding that approval prevents additional expenses to state agencies from repeatedly readopting and republishing temporary rules needed for state business operations.
