Amends Section 67-5901 to include sexual orientation and gender identity in the state's civil rights protections, aligning Idaho law with federal policies in the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related legislation.

Expands Section 67-5909 to prohibit discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity across employment, public accommodations, educational institutions, real estate transactions, and financial assistance for real property.

Applies sexual orientation and gender identity protections to the same scope as existing race, color, religion, sex, and national origin protections throughout state law.
