Revises Section 54-2213, Idaho Code, to update language and technical corrections related to licensure exemptions for physical therapists and physical therapist assistants

Exempts physical therapists practicing in the United States armed services, U.S. Public Health Service, or Veterans Administration based on federal regulatory requirements

Exempts students pursuing degrees in physical therapy or physical therapist assistant programs in accredited or board-approved educational programs while completing supervised clinical education requirements

Exempts licensed physical therapists from other U.S. jurisdictions or foreign-credentialed therapists teaching or participating in educational seminars limited to no more than 60 days in a calendar year

Exempts licensed physical therapists from other U.S. jurisdictions or foreign-credentialed therapists practicing with organized athletic events or established athletic teams, athletic organizations, or performing arts companies temporarily in Idaho for no more than 60 days in a calendar year
