Amends Section 67-2601A, Idaho Code, to authorize the Division of Building Safety administrator to enter into agreements with vendors and contractors to provide services or administer obligations imposed by law.

Grants the administrator authority to make expenditures and purchases in accordance with chapter 57, title 67, Idaho Code, to effectuate vendor and contractor agreements.

Corrects a code reference in the statute from "chapter 413" to "chapter 41+3" relating to modular buildings administration.

Maintains the administrator's existing authorities to employ individuals, enter into contracts, conduct examinations, and perform disciplinary actions across all regulated professions and trades under the division's jurisdiction.
