Repeals existing Section 67-2614 and replaces it with new renewal and reinstatement procedures for all occupational licenses issued by boards under the Bureau of Occupational Licenses.

Natural persons must renew licenses annually on or before their birthday, with the first renewal due within 12 months after the next birthday following initial licensure; entity/facility licenses renew on the anniversary of the original issue date.

Licenses may be renewed up to 6 weeks prior to expiration, requiring submission of a completed application with the renewal fee and proof of compliance with all board requirements including continuing education, insurance, and payment of any outstanding fees or fines.

Licenses canceled for failure to renew may be reinstated within 5 years upon payment of a $35 reinstatement fee (or other amount set by board rule) plus documentation of compliance with renewal requirements; after 5 years, the person must reapply as a new applicant.

Licensees must immediately notify the Bureau of any address changes, and fees for renewal and reinstatement cannot be waived or refunded unless otherwise provided by board law or rule.
