Amends Idaho Code Section 19-2903 to specify that bail on a bench warrant following a defendant's failure to appear without sufficient excuse shall be determined under Section 19-2915.

Modifies Idaho Code Section 19-2915 to grant courts three discretionary options when setting bail on a bench warrant: set the bail amount, set bail but require the defendant to appear before the original court before release, or set no bail and require the defendant to appear before the original court before any bail or release decision is made.

Requires the clerk to provide written notice of bail forfeiture to the person posting bail by mailing to their last known address within five (5) business days of the forfeiture order.

Allows courts to set aside a bail forfeiture if the bench warrant is quashed within 180 days of the forfeiture order, with the clerk required to notify the person posting bail within five (5) business days of the quashing order.
