Requires health insurance policies covering both oral and intravenously administered chemotherapy to ensure cost sharing for oral chemotherapy is no more restrictive than cost sharing for intravenous chemotherapy.

Allows health insurers to apply more restrictive cost sharing to oral chemotherapy only if it does not exceed $150 per prescription.

Prohibits health insurance carriers from increasing cost sharing for intravenously administered chemotherapy to achieve compliance with this requirement.

Defines "cost sharing" as maximum out-of-pocket costs, "oral chemotherapy" as FDA-approved tablet or capsule cancer treatment, and "intravenously administered chemotherapy" as physician-prescribed treatment injected directly into the circulatory system.

Applies to health insurance policies renewed or entered into on or after July 1, 2015.
