Amends Section 18-917A to correct "land line" to "landline" and expand harassment, intimidation, or bullying prohibitions to apply to an additional group of individuals beyond students.

Creates Section 33-1630 requiring school districts and charter schools to annually disseminate information on harassment, intimidation, and bullying to all school personnel, parents, and students, with affirmation that staff are authorized and expected to intervene.

Mandates school districts and charter schools provide ongoing professional development to all school staff to prevent, identify, and respond to harassment, intimidation, and bullying, with content requirements set by state board rules.

Requires district policies to include graduated consequences for bullying, intimidation, harassment, violence, or threats of violence, ranging from counseling and diversion to suspension and expulsion, with guidelines established by state board rules.

Mandates annual reporting of bullying incidents to the state department of education and requires districts to designate reporting procedures allowing teachers, students, parents, guardians, and others to report bullying activity.
