Authorizes the Legislative Council to appoint a two-year interim committee to study endowment asset issues and monitor implementation of recommendations from the Callan Report dated November 7, 2014.

Committee composition consists of ten legislators: five from the House of Representatives and five from the Senate, with at least one member from each chamber's minority caucus.

Committee cochairmen are authorized to appoint technical advisors with expertise in governance, management, operation, disposal, preservation, and financial performance of endowment assets.

Non-legislative advisors shall not receive reimbursement from legislative funds for per diem, mileage, or other expenses and shall not have voting privileges on committee recommendations and proposed legislation.

Committee is authorized to receive input and advice from interested and affected parties outside the Legislature, and may include ad hoc legislative members.
