Appropriates $1,248,700 in additional funds to the Department of Fish and Game for the same fiscal year period, distributed across Administration, Enforcement, Fisheries, Wildlife, Communications, and Engineering programs from Fish and Game Licenses, Federal, and Other funds.

Net reduction to Department of Fish and Game appropriation is $874,100 after accounting for both reductions and additional appropriations.

Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval.
