Exempts class 7 steelhead trout and anadromous salmon permits from the $4.00 per permit contribution to the Fish and Game Set-Aside Account.

Exempts class 4 and class 7 hunting licenses from the $2.00 per license contribution for big game ranges and upland bird and waterfowl habitat acquisition.

Exempts class 7 tags for pronghorn antelope, elk, and deer from the $1.50 per tag contribution to the set-aside and feeding accounts.

Requires the department to submit yearly reports to the legislature by July 31 detailing expenditures from the feeding account during the preceding fiscal year.

Makes technical corrections to terminology and provisions related to the investment and appropriation of moneys in the fish and game set-aside account and feeding account.
