Amends Section 49-402, Idaho Code, to add reference to new special license plate program Section 49-420N and makes technical corrections to registration fee provisions.

Creates new Section 49-420N authorizing Idaho vehicle owners to apply for "America The Beautiful®" license plates as an alternative to regular plates, effective July 2015.

Establishes fees of $35.00 for initial plate issuance and $25.00 for annual renewals, with $13.00 of each fee deposited to the state highway account for program administration.

Requires $22.00 of the initial fee and $12.00 of each renewal fee to be transferred to Live Laugh Love Give Inc.'s Idaho office to address military community, children and family, and education issues.

Restricts the plates to vehicles with a registered maximum gross weight of 26,000 pounds or less and allows plate transfers between vehicles upon payment of transfer fees.
