Legislative Description
Amends existing law to define terms and to revise a definition; and to authorize the director of the Idaho Department of Agriculture to allow the collection, removal and movement of noxious weeds from an infested area to a facility within the state for purposes of biological control research, to provide conditions, to provide a limitation on penalties, to provide for compliance with specified protocol and to provide conditions prior to implementation of specified provisions.
